Class Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

To help us maintain a smooth schedule and reserve spots fairly for all students, please review our studio policies below.

Rescheduling

Students may reschedule a class at no charge by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

Late Cancellations

Classes canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation will be charged in full and cannot be transferred or refunded.

No-Shows

Missed classes without notice will be considered a no-show and charged the full class amount.

Make-Up Classes

Make-up classes may be offered based on availability for classes canceled with proper notice. Make-up sessions must be scheduled within the active package period.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled class. Late arrivals may reduce studio instruction time, especially during busy group sessions.

Materials

All materials are included unless otherwise noted for special workshops or events.

Weekly Attendance

Monthly Packages are intended for students who can attend regularly each week. Consistent attendance helps students progress and allows us to maintain stable small-group scheduling.

Missed Classes

If you cannot attend a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Classes missed without proper notice will still count toward your package.

All packages have expiration dates.

Please note that packages must be used within the listed validity period before they expire.

Make-Up Classes

Make-up classes may be offered based on availability for classes canceled with proper notice and must be used within the active package period.

Not Sure About Weekly Commitment?

If your schedule changes frequently, we recommend booking single classes instead of a monthly package for greater flexibility.
