At ARTMELLOW, we combine flexibility with personal guidance:

Open Studio Hours – You choose your starting time and class duration (1 hr, 1.5 hr, or 2 hr).

Individual Approach – We don’t split groups by age or theme.

Personal Projects – Each student works on their own goals, guided step-by-step by the teacher.

Variety of Mediums – Oil, acrylic, watercolor, pencils, pastels, and more.

This way, kids and adults alike can explore art at their own pace while developing their creativity with professional support.

To help us maintain a smooth schedule and reserve spots fairly for all students, please review our studio policies below.

Rescheduling

Students may reschedule a class at no charge by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

Late Cancellations

Classes canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled class time will be charged in full and cannot be transferred or refunded.

No-Shows

Missed classes without notice will be considered a no-show and charged the full class amount.

Make-Up Classes

Make-up classes may be offered based on availability for classes canceled with proper notice. Make-up sessions must be scheduled within the active package period.

Package Reservations

Monthly packages reserve a consistent class spot each week. Because class sizes are limited, missed classes without proper notice will still count toward the package.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled class. Late arrivals may reduce instruction time, especially during busy group sessions.

All materials are included unless otherwise noted for special workshops or private events.

Weekly Attendance

Monthly Packages are intended for students who can attend regularly each week. Consistent attendance helps students progress and allows us to maintain stable small-group scheduling.

Missed Classes

If you cannot attend a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Classes missed without proper notice will still count toward your package.

Make-Up Classes

Make-up classes may be offered based on availability for classes canceled with proper notice and must be used within the active package period.

Not Sure About Weekly Commitment?

If your schedule changes frequently, we recommend booking single classes instead of a monthly package for greater flexibility.

2. Select your preferred Art Camp package.

3. Complete your payment securely online.

4. A booking code will be sent to you via email upon confirmation.

5. Use your booking code to reserve your preferred camp dates through the online scheduling calendar.

6. Please download and fill out the Art Camp Waiver form before your child’s first day of camp.

Please note that full-week camp packages must be scheduled on consecutive days within the same calendar week.

We encourage you to reserve your dates as early as possible, as availability is limited.
